My experience at the hotel was mixed. While the staff went above and beyond to assist us, my room didn't meet my expectations, and dining was a bit of an ordeal. The location is nice for exploring Napa, but overall, I felt that the hotel needs improvements in service and organization, especially for the price we're paying.
